- Absolutely! We offer four private rooms for those who value their own space, along with a shared bedroom that has bunk beds, each with curtains for added privacy. Our common areas are designed for everyone to enjoy while respecting each other's space.
- Although we love pets, we are considering other residents who may have allergies and such.
- We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
  Please note that additional charges do apply.
- You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. The first floor of the building is a coworking space.
- You will share the home with local and international remote workers and digital nomads.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

- Yes, you'll be signing a residency agreement with us. This helps ensure that everyone is on the same page and contributes to a harmonious living environment. We're excited to have you join our community!
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Yes, all our rooms are fully furnished! You'll find comfortable beds, tables, chairs, and hangers and drawers. We want you to feel right at home!
