Hey! You will love staying with us. The house is completely designed for remote workers. We have many amenities. All our apartments are private and equipped with a few amenities.

-Coworking space close by + ergonomic chair, two 300 mbps wifi networks, and access point in our coworking space in Los Caños de Meca (10-day pass for one person included in the price).

We are a project focused on sustainable coliving, and we want our guests to be able to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the nature that surrounds our lovely place. We therefore do not allow late-night parties or events in the Coliving unless initiated by us. No smoking in the apartments, and no pets.

- Up to 30 days before moving in , 100% refund of the 1st month's rent .

Will I have privacy?All our accommodations are private, fully equipped apartments, which is where you can kick back and relax if you need time for yourself.

Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on our premises since our guests share common areas.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?The apartments are ideal for single colivers and couples; the maximum capacity is two people each. The second customer hasn't included the 10-day coworking pass, which comes with additional fees of 120 euros.

Is there a designated space for work?Yes, you have included a "10-day pass" in our coworking space. Our space is in Los Caños de Meca, right in front of the beach, with amazing ocean views. You will find a chill-out area, coffee and tea, a small kitchen, and professional office facilities. At our space, we offer weekly yoga classes, jam sessions, and all kinds of workshops you can join for a super nice price.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?Our coliving home attracts people from all over the world. That means digital nomads, entrepreneurs, part-time working nomads, etc. What most people have in common is that they like to be outside, maybe do sports, and enjoy the mild winter climate at the ocean.
