An ideal place for students and professionals, as the building is located just an 8-minute walk from the University Center for Art, Architecture, and Design at the University of Guadalajara.

We have two buildings for everybody's comfort, building A is for students and building B is for professionals.
Our main differentiator lies in offering you comfort and affordability. We have new and modern properties, and best of all, we do not require a deposit for students! Your well-being and comfort are our priorities.

Each room comes with a double bed, desk, closet, fan with different speeds, and a private bathroom.
Among the common areas, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the Huentitán ravine, a ping pong table, an elegant dining area, and a comfortable lounge.

  • There is a designated visiting schedule in place to ensure the privacy of other individuals in the house is not disrupted. This information is outlined in our house manual.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
