We have two buildings for everybody's comfort, building A is for students and building B is for professionals.
Our main differentiator lies in offering you comfort and affordability. We have new and modern properties, and best of all, we do not require a deposit for students! Your well-being and comfort are our priorities.

Each room comes with a double bed, desk, closet, fan with different speeds, and a private bathroom.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
