Our house is a collaborative living space that encourages movement. Our mission is to provide a setting that promotes health and well-being via physical activity, community living, and connection to nature.

You will be able to train and participate in movement courses conducted by your host, Sebas, while you are here. Our accommodations are designed to provide you with the finest possible sleep. Our communal areas provide opportunity to work from home or share with people over a meal, a movie, or simply a conversation while listening to the river adjacent to our house.

We also have nature right outside our door. The property is situated within the small town of Tobia (only composed of 4 streets). Tobia is in between two rivers and three mountains, providing ample opportunity for exploration. Although we are not isolated from neighbors, we still enjoy the peace and convenience of small town living, while enjoying the natural landscapes around our town. As a member of our household, you will be able to participate in our environmental and cultural activities around and within Tobia.

If you want to enhance your health while disconnecting from the fast-paced life of the cities, this is the place for you.

What is included in your stay:
- Room cleaning and laundry once a week.
- Daily morning walks and Spine movement classes.
- Two Movement classes per week.
- Starlink Internet (with back up battery for 3-7 hours).
- Utilities and services.
