The ~1000 square house is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, ample parking, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is A/C & heat for the common areas. Your bedroom has a full-size bed. There are a desk and fans and space heaters if needed in the bedrooms (though this is Santa Monica and usually not needed).
A kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, platters, plates, coffee maker, etc. is ready to be used by our typical guests. The dining rooms and eating areas seat 6 comfortably and can seat 8 more cozily. The following amenities and services are included:
