You will love the relaxed, casual feel of this 1000 square foot fully furnished house with a fully stocked kitchen. Very spacious living room with a comfy sofa and large TV, Apple TV, great light and much more! The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and can seat 8 more cozily. All utilities are included (cable, 200mbps wifi Internet that works throughout the entire house Apple TV, etc.) with a full free laundry room (with iron & ironing board). The ~1000 square house is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, ample parking, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is A/C & heat for the common areas. Your bedroom has a full-size bed. There are a desk and fans and space heaters if needed in the bedrooms (though this is Santa Monica and usually not needed).
A kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, platters, plates, coffee maker, etc. is ready to be used by our typical guests. The dining rooms and eating areas seat 6 comfortably and can seat 8 more cozily. The following amenities and services are included:
- Ample on-street parking.
- All utilities included (cable, 200mbps wifi Internet that works throughout the entire house, Apple TV, etc.)
- Bed linens and towels included.
- Full free laundry room (with iron & ironing board).
- Access to co-working space/rec room nearby with a ping pong table
