There are not many tall buildings in the surrounding area, so sunlight comes in well!

It’s an RC (reinforced concrete) building, but sound can travel more than you might expect.
You may occasionally hear daily noises through the walls or doors.
Being mindful, especially at night, helps everyone stay comfortable.

About Sakura Ward

Nakaurawa is a rapid train stop on the Saikyo Line.
It takes about 10 minutes by direct train to Omiya Station.
It also takes about 25 minutes to Ikebukuro, about 30 minutes to Shinjuku, and about 35 minutes to Shibuya.
All major areas can be accessed without transfers.

The area in front of the station is relatively quiet,
