●What’s the space like?

We’re opening a brand-new lifestyle residence in Totsuka—designed and managed as the perfect mix of rental and hotel living.

With 186 rooms (our biggest yet!), the building gives you plenty of space and comfort. Shared areas are cleaned daily, so you can enjoy a fresh, easygoing lifestyle every day.

The former kitchen area has been transformed into our largest shared kitchen ever—perfect for stocking up ingredients and cooking to your heart’s content.

The lounge, the “face” of every residence, is designed with our signature touch: warm, bright, and open.

And yes, there’s a sauna too—ideal for a quick refresh after work or even on your lunch break. First-time sauna? This is your chance.

For the first time, we’ve also added a self-serve convenience store and a fitness room to the common spaces. Everything you need for a lighter, more flexible way of living is right here.

●What about the rooms?

Every room comes fully furnished with the essentials—bed, desk, table, and more—selected for simplicity and comfort.

Walls with a soft green accent bring a calm, relaxed vibe to the neutral furniture and appliances.

Each room is fitted with a 「Sleepy Tofu」 mattress (a Taiwanese favorite!), combining foam and coil for the best of both worlds. Its tofu-like look is fun, but the real charm is its perfect balance—supportive yet comfy for a great night’s sleep.

Storage is built in throughout—from entryway to above the desk—so even if you bring a lot, you’ll have space.

With towels, toothbrush sets, and other amenities ready from day one, you can move in light and start living right away.

●Things to keep in mind

The bathroom and kitchen areas are shared.
→ On the bright side, you won’t need to worry about cleaning them yourself — saves you time!

There’s no elevator.
→ We’ll have a carry cart available, so feel free to use it when bringing your luggage upstairs.

There’s no TV in the room.
→ If it’s a must-have for you, please keep this in mind. You can always use streaming services!
