This spacious property features 11 fully furnished rooms, including 3 master bedrooms, 5 standard bedrooms, and 3 flex rooms. Each room comes equipped with a comfortable bed, a small closet, and a study table, making it perfect for working professionals and students.

    Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
    If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
  • Yes, but we have to establish that at the beginning of the leasing contract
  • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
  • Policies
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • Residents can enjoy shared spaces such as a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for communal meals, and an outdoor space for relaxation or activities. These areas create a welcoming environment for socializing and connecting with housemates.
  • We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
    Storage lockers and parking are additional costs.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
  • No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
    There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
  • Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
    We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, buy a Renters Insurance in case of lost items and accidents.
  • Yes, each room has its own lock
  • We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
  • Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

  • It is conveniently located near Waterfront Station, a major transit hub offering access to the SkyTrain (Canada Line, Expo Line), Sea Bus, and multiple bus routes. It’s an ideal location for easy commuting throughout Vancouver and beyond.
  • The nearest airport to our property is Vancouver International Airport (YVR), located approximately 13 kilometers (8 miles) away. It typically takes around 25-30 minutes by car or 35 minutes by public transit via the Canada Line SkyTrain from Waterfront Station.
  • The property is located in the heart of Gastown, one of Vancouver’s trendiest neighborhoods. Explore the famous Gastown Steam Clock, enjoy boutique shopping, and dine at a variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants. The nearby Waterfront offers beautiful harbor views and walking paths.
