- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. - You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.

- Yes, signing a contract is part of our process to ensure that everyone understands the terms and feels secure in their living arrangements. It's a straightforward and friendly agreement that helps us create a comfortable community.
- We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
- We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
- Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
  Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
- It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
- We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
  Storage lockers and parking are additional costs.
- The common areas come fully furnished.
  Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
- No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
  There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
- Our guests are responsible for keeping their private bedrooms clean, but we provide a fresh, clean space for you upon arrival! We kindly ask everyone to tidy up after themselves in the shared areas. While we don’t offer regular cleaning services, we appreciate your help in keeping our community a comfortable place for all.
