    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

  • You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
    If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
  • Feel free to extend your stay if there's availability. Please note that if you decide to extend, you might need to switch to a different room if your current one has been booked by another guest. If you change your booking to a shorter duration within two weeks of arrival, you will need to pay for the canceled days.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. If you downgrade your room after booking, Nomadico reserves the right to charge the same price paid for the previous room category. This charge will be equivalent to the original booking amount. If you wish to upgrade your room, you may do so at an additional cost, subject to availability.
