The majority of our residents are international and domestic university and college students attending major institutions, along with a smaller share of young interns and exchange students staying short-term. Most are between 18 and 28 years old and are looking for a furnished, all-inclusive home where they can focus on their studies without worrying about utilities, internet, or furniture setup.

Our mission is to make moving to a new city as simple and welcoming as possible. We provide fully furnished private rooms in well-located, professionally managed properties, with flexible lease terms that match the academic calendar. Beyond the physical space, we aim to create a supportive environment where students from around the world can connect with each other, feel safe, and build a sense of belonging while they pursue their education in Toronto.
