My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. -
Can I extend or shorten my stay?Yes, you can extend or shorten your stay, as long as you let us know in advance. We would wait at least 1 week to receive your decision.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.

Are kids allowed?If you are traveling with a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor, and that you have the legal right to consent to the terms and conditions of this release.
For the purposes of reservations and rates, We determine that children are up to 5 years old, from 6 years old onwards their occupancy will be classified and understood as that of an adult, and consequently the rates and costs will cover this at the full rate. -
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?We do not accept pets.
By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:

We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies.
