The building is located on the Upper West Side, within walking distance of both Columbia University and Central Park. Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates.
The apartment is fully furnished and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing for only two rooms to share each bathroom.
The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry. Also, the apartment has both a dining area and a lounge area with a smart TV. High-speed internet is included.
All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies.
All bedrooms have a full bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, private heater, black-out curtains, and recess lighting. Some rooms also include a study desk with an office chair and an AC unit.
The building has 24h surveillance and a superintendent who helps with maintenance. The building also provides a video intercom system allowing you to see who is at the front door on the street. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator.

Before we can confirm your booking, you will need to go through a quick application process. For US citizens, this includes filling out an online application and accepting a $20 screening. If your credit is not strong, you can use a cosigner.
If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application and provide us with a photo of your active visa. If you have not received your visa yet but have been accepted to a school, an internship or a job opportunity, we can tentatively book you while we wait on the visa to arrive; however, we must see the visa before you can move in.
Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement and the house rules. The room you would like to book is not secured for you until the booking process is completed.
