The Fayette Brooklyn Home is a beautiful and spacious located Williamsburg, Brooklyn.Your neighborhood is known for its vibrant cultural scene and diverse community. With eclectic restaurants, trendy cafes, and easy access to parks, it offers residents a dynamic and lively urban experience. Everyday life is as comfortable as it possibly can be: bi-weekly cleaning, all great-sized and well-designed rooms, easy access to public transit, spacious living room with a smart TV.
You cover a monthly fee and everything comes included: no utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs!
The prices provided are intended as an initial estimate and are calculated on the basis of a 12-month contract. However, the ultimate pricing will be influenced by several factors, including seasonal variations, availability, and the level of commitment.

Your own private room. Move-in-ready sanctuary awaits, fully furnished for your convenience, including individual safes for added security – leaving you with no need to even bring a pillow.

Fayette Home was exclusively designed to be comfortable for all members in any room of the house. Our Coliving space includes a compact kitchen, bar seats and couch for a chill zone with a huge TV, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal.
It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.

We have a living room area that you can use to work, there is no specified work area in the building. However, we have a partnership with a coworking.
Most of our residents are young professionals and respectful and open-minded people. I’m sure you will be comfortable with the community.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.
You are allowed to check in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. Night check-in (after 9 pm) may be also organized for an extra fee of $35 USD. We can't guarantee check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am, however, if we are able to do it, there will be a $70 late check-in fee.
We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
Security deposits are typically returned within 2 weeks after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. .

There is a restriction in New York for any outside bedroom locks, but you can lock your bedroom when you are inside. You shouldn't worry about your safety when you are out:

3) We have only long-term residents (usually people staying with us for 6-8 months, but not less than a month). There are no strangers for 1-2 nights stay and all residents are checked during the reservation process.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and guests, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
