Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, wardrobe, air conditioning, and access to a bathroom (ensuite, private, or shared). For added comfort and a hassle-free stay, pillows, bedsheets, blankets, and towels are also provided.

Located at Tanah Merah, in the east of Singapore, the townhouse apartment offers convenient access to Changi Business Park, ITE College East, Singapore Expo, Changi General Hospital, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and many others.

For your daily needs, venture out of the gated community, and you’ll find the well-known Simpang Bedok and Bedok Food Centre. If you can’t quite find what you need or want, a short train ride will lead you to Bedok, Simei, or the Tampines for more options.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Will I have privacy?

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments. You may smoke on your common balcony if there are no objections from your flatmates. If not, please head down to the nearest designated smoking area.

Do note that anyone found smoking indoors or disposing of cigarette buds inappropriately will be subject to a cleaning fee.
What are the quiet hours?

On a weekday, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends.

As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
