We allow couple in some of our rooms but it depends on the room that you are booking and the tenancy agreement.
You will be provided a study desk in your room.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
We are quite flexible with move-in and move-out arrangements. You can coordinate these directly with your main point of contact. We will reach out to you using the contact details you provided on this platform to finalize your move-in details.
Yes, you will need to sign a lease. The minimum lease term is 90 days, and it will align with the dates you provided on the coliving platform. Once you've successfully paid the first month's rent through the platform (which will be released to us after you move in), we will send the lease to your email. After signing the lease, you will also need to pay the security deposit directly to us.
You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
The security deposit, equal to one month's rent, will be returned to you at least 14 days after your move-out date via the bank details you provide. Please note that the deposit is subject to deductions for any unpaid invoices or the move-out cleaning fee, as outlined in the tenancy agreement.

•⁠ ⁠Guests cannot sleep in the living room; they should sleep in the tenant’s room and remain respectful when using common areas.

Yes. The communal areas are cleaned every week and it's included on the bill. However, for the room cleaning, you will need to pay on your own.

Yes, you may work in the communal areas. While we typically provide a working desk in each tenant's room, space permitting, you're welcome to use the communal areas for work. However, please use these spaces respectfully. For example, if you're working in the dining room, ensure other tenants can still use it for meals and avoid occupying communal areas for extended periods.

We strongly recommend locking your room and securing your valuables whenever you leave the house. This helps keep your belongings safe and prevents misunderstandings or unnecessary conflicts with other tenants or our staff in case of lost items.
