Our house is located in a quiet lane near the famous Parish Mae De Deus, a stunning Neo-Gothic church built in 1873. The architecture of the church is a testament to the rich history and culture of the area, providing a fascinating glimpse into the past.

- You will enjoy privacy in all our studios. Besides that, you will also have your privacy in the shared areas, where you might enjoy a good book or a cup of coffee.
- There are no pets allowed at the house in Saligaon. And this is not because we don't like pets. In fact, we love them. But we believe that the house is not suitable for our furry friends, as they require more space to move around than is available. The house at Saipem is completely pet-friendly, though!
- Yes, of course, you can split the rent with a friend also.
- The Saligaon house has a lot of spaces to work from besides the workdesks in your private studios. You can work by the pool; there is a designated cowork space; you could work from the lounge or even the kitchen while your co-livers cook up a meal. Stable wifi is available throughout the house..
- All studios are private, and we are created and curated for slow travelers, digital nomads, and WFH professionals. You will meet likeminded professionals from India and all over the world here.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
