Early Departure: If you decide to leave before the agreed check-out date, an additional 30 days' worth of stay will be charged (or the remaining duration if less than 30 days). This policy covers the gap created by last-minute changes, making it easier for us to find a new person on short notice.

Furry friends are welcome in the apartment for a small extra fee! Just a heads-up: we already have a few unofficial, self-appointed garden guardians (a.k.a. the local cats) who like to chill in the sun but politely keep their paws out of the house.

You’ll find plenty of cozy nooks around the house, and even your room comes with its own desk for those "do not disturb" moments. Our Wi-Fi covers the entire house and garden, with speeds over 100 Mbps for downloads and 10–20 Mbps for uploads.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Because in a co-living space like this, every spot matters, and sudden goodbyes leave a ripple in the community (plus, it’s hard to find a new adventurer on super short notice).

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

We provide some kitchen basics like coffee, tea, oil, and spices to help you feel at home. While we don't include full meals or snacks, our shared kitchen is a great place to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy meals together with fellow residents!

We organize themed communal dinners from Monday to Friday where each participant chips in to cover the cost of the ingredients.

Absolutely! In fact, we have two fully equipped kitchens ready for your culinary adventures, featuring a gas stove, oven, and all the essential gear (an air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, moka pots, and plenty of utensils).

The house itself is a massive rural masia, with enough shared spaces to lose yourself: 2 kitchens for culinary masterpieces, a 24/7 co-working zone, a cozy dining hall, a living room with a fireplace, a cinema room for late-night marathons, 2 barbecue areas, a wild garden, a natural pool for mermaid practice, a fully equipped gym... and a forbidden room we’ll definitely pretend doesn’t exist.

On average, you'll find a lively tribe of 10 to 15 people here. We keep our community intimate enough for everyone to feel like family, but big enough for a dash of delightful chaos.

As co-founders, all three of us live on-site and are an active part of the community. We're joined by one or two volunteers who help us keep the magic flowing. Every Monday, we have a special ritual where we collectively choose a theme for the week and plan all the communal activities together.

We ask you for a minimum stay of 1 month, as it takes time to land, to be yourself, and to build the kind of connections that last long after you leave. The average stay here is between 1 and 3 months, so you'll have plenty of time to find your tribe.

There is a train station 10 minutes away by car with a regular train connection to Barcelona, Girona and other nearby villages. We always have at least 2 cars at the property, so getting a lift to the train station is easy.
