This beautiful apartment is ideally located in the heart of Vieux Lyon, 10 minutes from Place Bellecourt. Totally renovated, it still has traces of the old to give it character and charm. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, two healthy and perfectly clean bathrooms, a storage space and 5 beautiful rooms. A large balcony is accessible from the kitchen and from bedroom 1 and 2. Due to its location, one cannot resist the warm colors and the beautiful facades facing the balcony. The medieval district of the 5th arrondissement extends around the richly decorated Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière and the centuries-old Cathedral Saint-Jean-Baptiste, known for its astronomical clock. You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
