A pharmacy, supermarket, hair salon, restaurants, gyms, and even the Nantes School of Design and Audencia are just a few minutes away from your home. Living on the island also gives you the chance to closely visit the Géant des Beaux Arts, as it's only a 5-minute walk away! In short, there's no better place to live than on the Île de Nantes.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

When/how will you refund my security deposit?The security deposit is one month's rent and is fully refundable after your check-out, provided there are no damages. We aim to process refunds within 60 days, so you can expect to receive it promptly. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
