The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Yes — in many cases you can extend or shorten your stay. We follow the terms of your lease, but changes are often possible depending on unit availability. Please let our team know as soon as you can so we can check options. Pricing depends on availability and extra fees may apply. We’ll also explain any notice requirements and next steps to make the process smooth.

Yes — to confirm your booking we ask all guests to sign a simple rental agreement. It outlines your dates, house rules, payment terms, and any deposit or extra fees that may apply. Terms can vary depending on the length of your stay; pricing depends on availability. If you have questions about the agreement, please message us through the platform and our team will be happy to help.

We don’t accept co-signers at this time. We understand this can be a concern — our team can discuss alternatives such as additional proof of income, a larger security deposit, or a short-term trial booking to build trust. Please send a message through your booking inquiry on the platform and we’ll be happy to explore options with you.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
