Our property is a characterful co-living project with 8 thoughtfully designed rooms, located within the larger Seefyard development — a unique green enclave just minutes from Antwerp’s city center.

Each resident has a private, furnished room, while the bathrooms (3 in total) and a fully equipped kitchen are shared — fostering both comfort and a strong sense of community.

What truly sets us apart is its exceptional outdoor space: a spacious shared garden featuring a natural swimming pond, BBQ area, lounge corners, and plenty of greenery to relax or connect with fellow residents. It’s the perfect blend of city living and peaceful retreat.

The community will consist of international expats, creatives, and young professionals who value meaningful connection, design-led living, and a vibrant yet tranquil environment. All common areas are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

The building is currently undergoing renovation and will officially open in October 2025.

House Rules - 2.4. Heating and Cooling Devices: The use of separate heating devices, fans, or portable air conditioners
in both your room and common areas is not permitted.

House Rules - 4.9. Monthly Contribution for Common Groceries: Every month, a contribution of €10 is required from each tenant to cover common expenses, which include garbage bags, dishwasher detergent tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen cleaning products. These funds shall be submitted to the house manager.

Rental Agreement - 4. Each room is equipped with a metering system that allows for precise monitoring of water consumption. This enables us to be aware of consumption in each room at all times. If consumption exceeds expected norms, additional charges will apply. This mechanism is intended to encourage residents to be more conscious of their water usage and reduce wastage. Monthly gas and electricity consumption is not individually calculated but is based on the total consumption of the property. Price simulations are derived from the average consumption per resident in Flanders and the average consumption in all our co-living spaces. Meter readings are recorded on a monthly basis. In case of consumption deviating from the normal average, it will be proportionally distributed among all tenants of the property.

Rental Agreement 6- The tenant is required to ensure proper insurance coverage for the entire duration of the lease agreement against rental risks such as fire, water damage, and glass breakage. Additionally, they must obtain insurance coverage against claims from neighbors. Upon the landlord's request, the tenant shall provide proof of having a valid and active insurance policy".

    • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
    • You will be sharing the home with other people like you, young professionals, expats, and students.
    • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
    • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
      - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
      - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

      - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

    • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
    • We pride ourselves on our flexibility and strive to accommodate your specific requests. However, please note that the availability of certain preferences may be subject to the occupancy status of the room prior to your arrival. We kindly request your understanding in the event that we are unable to fulfill all of your requested specifications.
    • Certainly, we are open to accommodating changes in the duration of your stay. However, please be aware that if you choose to shorten your stay, we are unable to provide a refund for the unused portion. On the other hand, if you intend to extend your stay, we kindly request that you notify us at least a couple of months in advance, as our rooms tend to be reserved well ahead of time.
    • The deposit will be promptly returned to you within 14 days following your departure, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. Your deposit serves as a security measure to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the room during your stay.
    • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
    • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
