High Street House is a new addition to the network of our spaces in London. The house provides a collection of unique modern homes designed and crafted by a Studio.
We have created a collection of spaces to rest and reflect. Each home is unique, choreographed with a blend of light, colour, and vibrant hand-crafted materials.
We focus on elevating the everyday rituals we all share: washing, sleeping, resting, eating, learning, and interacting. We carefully choreograph these rituals through inventive spatial organisations to make every day more joyful.
Each space comes included with:
- A bespoke bed handmade in England with integrated storage.
- A sumptuous organic mattress handmade in the UK by Naturalmat.
- Organic cotton bedding & towels.
- Bespoke furniture designed by our Studio and made in the UK.
- Smartphone controlled underfloor heating
- Smartphone digital key-less entry to your home
- 1GB Superfast Wi-Fi.
- Modern en-suite bathroom.
- Bespoke timber kitchen handmade in the UK.
Your monthly all-inclusive bill covers:

The house has access to a range of blossoming independent fooderies on its doorstep. The Ginger Pig Butchers, Happy Sky Bakery, and the much-adored Laveli Cafe all within a stone's throw from our front door.
A short walk away, and you’ll also discover Bush Theatre, The Market, the Old Laundry Yard, and plenty of parks and open spaces.
