Located in the center of Vitoria, Kora Green City is a new concept of accommodation in the Basque Country. From its rooftop terrace, it offers some of the best sunsets in the city. It is one of the largest sustainable colivings spaces in the world, with Passivhaus certification, and a place where the DNA of the Green Capital is breathed.
The apartments are completely new and are equipped with a kitchen and all the comforts to make you feel at home. In this aparthotel, there is a 24-hour reception service, cleaning, maintenance, access to a 4,000 m2 sports area and another 1,000 m2 of common areas with coworking areas, an urban patio, a bicycle station, a "txoko" to cook with friends, and a rooftop with a small infinity pool and the best views of Vitoria.
Our coliving is a place where we want great things to happen and our facilities are designed to connect people. It is a perfect place for tourists looking for a more contemporary model of stay, teleworkers, digital nomads, entrepreneurs, displaced professionals, restless "Vitorians", or simply travelers who want to experience the local culture. Our property is located in the center of Vitoria. It is 300 m from the El Corte Inglés shopping center, the university area, and the train station; It is a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and it is very well connected to the bus station thanks to its tram stop (ANGULEMA), located less than 100 meters away. The opposite is the Puerta Grande Bar/Restaurant, with one of the best pintxo bars in the city and a large terrace. From here you can explore the secrets of the Green Capital on foot, or if you prefer, discover it like a true local: by bicycle along its hundreds of kilometers of bike lanes, and reach the green ring that embraces the city, with natural spaces of high ecological value.
