Setting the scene for the future way of living—a mixed use of flexible coliving and coworking all under the same roof— But the benefits don’t end here! We also offer awesome shared facilities such as kitchens, restaurants, a rooftop terrace, a laundry room, and much more. The available rooms where you will be staying are spacious and have private bathrooms. We offer rooms from 20 sq m to 60 sq m with 5-star bedding, a comfortable work desk, and lounge chairs, and let’s not forget the spacious closet space. You get all that, including the natural light and a combination of mountain and city views, which can also be enjoyed from our rooftop terrace. We offer flexibility in terms of staying with us. Check-in/out is at 2 pm. Even more benefits for everyone with a pet who has a hard time finding a place for them to be taken care of: our place is 100% pet-friendly. About Studentski Grad
Studentski grad or Student city, a neighbourhood in Sofia, has gathered everything you would want at in a close distance. From shops, local markets, and pharmacies to clubs and pubs. It is one of the most diversified areas in Sofia. Even though some of the blocks and flats have remained with their communist charm, Studentski grad is one of the fastest changing places in Bulgaria with new businesses springing up almost daily to satisfy the needs of its residents. The student campus is in this part of the area, as well as new nightclubs, trade, business and residential centres. The quartal is bursting with life all day and night. Studentski grad is 7km from the city centre. There are metro stations and two regular bus lines that go to the centre of the town through the neighbouring quarters - number 94 and 280 and a lot of route taxis.

Our shared spaces are our communal kitchens, a coworking space on the 11th floor with a terrace overlooking the city and mountain Vitosha, and a restaurant on the 12th floor with a lounge area perfect for reading or playing board games.
