We believe in keeping things transparent and fair. Your security deposit is fully refundable once we’ve had a quick check of your room after you move out. Usually, this takes no more than a few days. If everything looks good (and it almost always does), we’ll return your deposit via the same payment method you used or in cash — whichever works best for you.
