Absolutely ! You can enjoy your own private space to relax. Our spacious common areas are designed to create a sense of community and provide you with plenty of places where you can find some peace and quiet when needed.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home and space.

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

The nearest airport is about 77km away and is easily accessible for our residents.

There are plenty of exciting activities in the area! You can explore the beautiful Pyrénées Ariégeoises Regional Park, perfect for hiking and enjoying nature. For some fun, head to the beach at Capacabanauzas where there's a giant inflatable castle and giant Connect Four. Additionally, the Boulodrome Jacques Lacan offers a great spot for a friendly game of boules. There's always something to do and new places to discover!
