Even though the house or apartment is shared with others, each tenant has a private room where they can retreat and feel comfortable. The common areas are designed to encourage socializing, but everyone’s privacy is always respected. Additionally, coliving communities often set rules to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Pets are allowed, but an extra fee and prior approval from the host are required.

We have common areas dedicated to work, offering a comfortable environment where you can focus and be productive. You'll find comfortable seating and a reliable Wi-Fi connection—perfect for working or studying.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Social compatibility is one of the most important aspects when evaluating a candidate for a coliving space. Extra Costs (not included in the rent)

To ensure full transparency, please note that in addition to the monthly coliving fee, some optional extra costs may apply for additional services or activities. Here are the details:

Extra cleaning: Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included. However, if you request additional services (personal room cleaning, extra check-out cleaning, in-room cleaning during your stay, etc.), a supplementary fee may apply, to be agreed upon based on your needs.

Extra activities: Some of the experiences we offer—such as boat trips, guided excursions, cooking classes, or e-bike tours—are not included in the standard stay. Prices vary depending on the activity and will always be communicated in advance.

Minivan transfers: We offer a private transfer service to/from Pescara Airport and other local destinations. This service is available on request and comes with an additional cost, calculated based on the distance and number of passengers.

All extra services are optional and will be clearly agreed upon with you in advance—no surprises.

All rooms are fully furnished and ready to welcome you: you’ll find a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk, and everything you need to feel at home from day one. Each room comes with clean bed linens, towels, and a hairdryer, so you won’t have to worry about bringing any of that with you.

Just a heads up: meals and snacks aren’t included in the coliving fee. But no worries—you’re free to cook and enjoy your meals in our fully equipped shared kitchen.

We want to make sure you have a great stay! Private rooms aren’t cleaned regularly, but we’re happy to arrange cleaning upon request for an extra fee. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of it!
