Vibrant Coliving Space with Art and Events in Historic Palermo
MojoCoHouse – Coliving in the Heart of Palermo
We are a creative coliving space that blends hospitality, art, and community in the very center of Palermo’s historic old town. Set inside a beautifully renovated building, it’s a home for remote workers, artists, and travelers looking to connect with local culture and like-minded people.
We offer three independent flats and ten private rooms, each with its own bathroom. You’ll find a comfortable workspace for remote work, plus inviting common areas — including a sunny terrace for shared meals and aperitivo moments.
Just a short walk away, we run SpazioSolazzo, our cultural and social hub. During the day it’s a cozy spot to work, relax, or meet others, and in the evenings it transforms into a lively community space hosting jam sessions, acoustic living-room concerts, and art exhibitions. Both Mojo residents and locals gather there, creating a welcoming mix of cultures and creative energy.
We can't wait to invite you here and join us! :)

Community
Our co-house is a space for long-term living, catering to digital nomads, artists, and travelers from all over the world.
This is a place of art and culture, in collaboration with the non-profit cultural association CaravanSerai. We organize a Jam Session once a week, along with several tiny home concerts and workshops at the Co-House.
We provide community spaces for co-working, as well as rooms for practicing music or studying, and we encourage our guests to get to know one another.
The space is located in the heart of Palermo, between the most famous streets, allowing you to reach every destination on foot within minutes. It is also very easy to meet locals as well as people from around the globe.
The project team consists of a small group of lovely individuals who enjoy working together and spending their free time with one another, whether during the jam session, organizing lunches, or going on outdoor trips.

Tribunali-Kalsa
MojocoHouse is located in the heart of the district Tribunali-Kalsa, one of Palermo’s most authentic and creative neighborhoods. This area blends history, art, and everyday local life, making it the ideal spot for colivers who want to experience the real Palermo.
You’ll be surrounded by street markets, independent galleries, and open-air bars where locals gather for aperitivo and live music. Within minutes, you can reach Piazza Pretoria, the Quattro Canti crossroads, and the Cala Harbor — perfect for a sunset walk at the fountain.
Life in the historic center moves at its own rhythm: mornings with espresso and fresh pastries, afternoons exploring Ballarò or Vucciria Market, and evenings sharing wine and stories in cozy piazzas or on our terrace at Mojo.
If you’re into community living, local food, and creative culture, you’ll feel at home here!
