Our coliving space is a unique place for hospitality and art, situated in the very center of Palermo, in its most historic area, inside a beautifully renovated building.

We offer four independent flats and five rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The price also includes a workspace for travelers who need to work remotely, as well as a range of shared facilities and common spaces for guests to enjoy and socialize.

Because we are committed to promoting local and international culture, you can expect to immerse yourself in an environment full of art, diversity, and conviviality when you stay here. We regularly organize a variety of events, from jam sessions to aperitivo on the terrace to networking events.

Community

Our co-house is a space for long-term living, catering to digital nomads, artists, and travelers from all over the world.

This is a place of art and culture, in collaboration with the non-profit cultural association CaravanSerai. We organize a Jam Session once a week, along with several tiny home concerts and workshops at the Co-House.

We provide community spaces for co-working, as well as rooms for practicing music or studying, and we encourage our guests to get to know one another.

The space is located in the heart of Palermo, between the most famous streets, allowing you to reach every destination on foot within minutes. It is also very easy to meet locals as well as people from around the globe.

The project team consists of a small group of lovely individuals who enjoy working together and spending their free time with one another, whether during the jam session, organizing lunches, or going on outdoor trips.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. That includes all private rooms and common areas, but you are allowed to smoke in the external common areas or private balconies.

  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates.

  • The usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
    The city tax for a person is 2€ per night just for the first 4 days.
    Extra beds and pets have an extra cost of 5% of the monthly rent.
    Changing of sheets and towels and cleaning of the room is planned once every 7 days. If you want extra cleaning, you will be charged extra costs.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

  • Yes, there are two people who manage the structure to whom you can refer.
  • We welcome people from everywhere, but we mostly have people from all over Europe.
  • For long-term stays, the initial average is one month, but there is the possibility of extending to longer stays.

  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, buy a Renters Insurance in case of lost items and accidents.

  • We take your safety very seriously. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security, and register and document every stayer. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

  • With just a few minute's walk, you have a selection of good and cheap restaurants.
  • The central station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and the co-house is located in the heart of Palermo. However, there are buses and normal transport services.
  • The airport is about 40 minutes by car from the center of Palermo.
  • There are numerous and varied clubs and pubs and a lively nightlife, as well as places of culture such as museums and theatres, and depending on the season also concerts and art exhibitions. The nature around is very beautiful and rich, and the climate is often favorable for excursions and trekking if you are a nature lover. The sea is part of the city, and there are beautiful spots to visit and enjoy.
