Absolutely. Every resident has their own private room, with space to rest and disconnect at their own pace.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Rent cannot be split between separate bookings. If you are a couple, please contact us and we will be happy to advise on the best option with us.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Daytime visitors are welcome by prior request, whether for a personal visit or work. Occasional guests can enjoy the shared areas with respect for residents’ privacy and the calm of the home. Regular work visitors may require a coworking pass or an additional arrangement with the residence. Overnight visitors are not permitted unless agreed with us in advance.

This is a peaceful home, so loud parties, excessive noise, disorderly behaviour, and damage aren’t allowed. Please be mindful of other residents’ privacy and quiet. Any damage may incur extra fees.
