Located in one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in New York, Sunnyside Gardens, Sunnyside 43 St boasts a highly advantageous location. With only 7 minutes away from the Lowery St station and many cool surrounding coffee shops, the house offers “right at your fingertips” convenience. Not to mention, you are only seconds away from a few of the best ethnic restaurants.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
