Our residents are international professionals who work mostly for European institutions or associated companies/organizations. The age range is 25-40, all have traveled and lived in various countries. As this is a working group most people are up and out the door by 9 and it is quiet by 10 pm in the evenings. However, there are social events on weekends. This house often cooks together, there it is quite close knit and is mostly a non-drinking house.

This is a hip, urban neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants and cafés with big terraces. There is a huge market on Sundays which people from all over Brussels attend. Public transportation is at the end of the street (Metro Hotel des Monnaies)
