Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Depending on the availability of the room if you want to extend. We follow our cancellation policy if you want to shorten your stay.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
