Yes. All rooms at Coliving Teratermal are private and include a private bathroom, individual key, and comfortable spaces to rest or work. The common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) are shared among residents.

Are pets allowed?

Yes 🐾. Up to two pets per room are allowed. We kindly ask residents to keep their spaces clean and be respectful of others.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

What information do I need to supply for the application?

It’s super simple! We just need your full name, contact details, and a valid ID or passport to confirm your booking. For longer stays, we may ask for proof of employment or studies and an emergency contact—nothing complicated, just to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We welcome respectful, responsible residents who align with our community values. Our main criteria are honesty, cleanliness, and the willingness to coexist peacefully with others.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

Policies

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

We love it when you have guests, and we invite them to enjoy our inviting common areas. Please keep guests out of the bedrooms for everyone's comfort and avoid overnight stays. We also recommend keeping your valuables secure, as we can’t take responsibility for personal belongings.

What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

Almost everything is included! Your rent covers breakfast (Monday to Friday), weekly cleaning, fresh towels and sheets every 4–5 days, Wi-Fi, utilities, and full access to all communal areas. The only optional cost is for professional laundry service if you prefer not to use the self-service facilities.

Are all rooms furnished?

Yes! All rooms are fully furnished and ready to move in. Each room includes a comfortable bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, and private bathroom — just bring your suitcase and settle in.

Any meals/snacks included?

Yes! A delicious breakfast buffet is served Monday to Friday from 8:00–10:00 a.m. Snacks and drinks can be prepared in the shared kitchen at any time.

Yes, occasionally! Coliving Teratermal can host small group stays or wellness retreats upon request. The calm environment and spacious shared areas make it ideal for team getaways, creative workshops, or relaxation retreats. Just contact us to arrange the details.

How many people will be living here during my stay?

Our community is cozy and friendly — we can host up to 16 residents at full capacity. Usually, there are around 8 to 12 people staying at the same time, depending on the season.

Is there a house/community manager?

Yes. The community manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere in the house and the well-being of the members.

While we've been fortunate with our safety record, we encourage you to keep your valuables secure in your room. For extra peace of mind, you might also consider renters insurance to protect against any unforeseen incidents.

Yes, of course. Every room has a private lock, so you’ll always have complete privacy and peace of mind

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
