Our property is a small guest house for summer tourism converted into a coliving zone during the winter with four rooms in two houses next to each other. Each room with handcrafted furnishings has a distinct character and a calming ambiance. The full staff, including daily housekeeping and breakfast service, is available to guests. Due to the presence of cats in the communal spaces, the property is acceptable for colivers who are not allergic to cats.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

This depends on the previous guests. It is usually possible to arrive early, but you can always check with us on the day of your arrival for confirmation. Regarding late check-out, it is possible during the off-season. However, during the high season, we cannot guarantee this option. Please check with our receptionist upon arrival.
