This old nicely renovated classic Oslo building consists of nine modern co-living apartments divided over the first three floors and a loft with three private apartments. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped grocery and convenience store.
This 4-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It has a fully equipped shared living room with an open kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area with a couch and TV. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a laundry machine and a dryer. There is a separate toilet.

About Grünerløkka
Grünerløkka is a warm and lively district with a variety of charming shopping streets, cosy cafés and exciting eateries. Go shopping at one of Grünerløkka’s design boutiques, vintage shops and flea markets, or go for a stroll along the riverside of the Akerselva river. North of Grünerløkka is the Torshov district which is known for it's innovating restaurant scene. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Tram numbers 11, 12 and 13 and several buses run frequently only a few blocks away.

We love pets, but unfortunately, we don't have any animal-friendly apartments available at the moment.
Unfortunately, as the rooms are only suitable for one person, the payment should come from a single bank account.
Our members come from all over the world and have a big range of professions. Most members are between 25-35 yrs old, but we believe that age is just a number. We love diversity and promote environments where you will get to meet people from different backgrounds and broaden your horizons.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
