Our Coliving opened in July 2023, is located in the center of the city of Santiago de Compostela, a UNESCO World Heritage City, for its urban beauty and its monumental integrity. Destination of the most important religious and cultural movement of the Middle Ages: the pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago.
At our Coliving we offer a unique experience of sharing housing and a workplace in a modern, fully equipped space, with proposals for activities and workshops.
It consists of 19 private rooms with high-end design furniture, divided into two connected buildings with two accesses: the main entrance and the rear from the terrace.
We are an active community that, through our spaces and services, seeks the personal and social empowerment and professional growth of our users.

We are positioned in the heart of Santiago's new district, approximately 5 minutes from the cathedral and monumental area. We're right in the heart of the commercial district, with plenty of catering options nearby.
Several attractions, including El Parque de la Alameda and La Plaza del Toural, are close. Santiago de Compostela Airport is 15 kilometers from the property.
Cultural historical excursions, music, film, and theater will all be available in our city. Galician cuisine is one of the richest and highest-quality in Spain, and it is a major tourist attraction.
The Galician coast stretches about 1500 kilometers, with various ras providing unique landscape variation that people enjoy.
Galicia and its capital, Santiago de Compostela, do not disappoint those who will want to return.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
