- We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
- Yes, and you'll have plenty of flexible workspace options to focus and work. And even in your bedroom, you'll have your own desk to work on.
- Our members are a unique bunch of fun, welcoming individuals who love life.

- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- During the application process, we will ask you to upload the required documents to conduct the background check.
  
  These may include but are not limited to: government ID, bank statements, employment/student status, tax returns, personal guarantors, etc.

- Yes, for a period of about 7 days per month and as long as your housemates agree with it. Use your discretion; we like to be flexible, but guests cannot pose a disturbance to your other housemates. If they are cool with it, we are.
- Moderate and lawful consumption of alcohol is tolerated in our houses. However, it cannot be said enough that alcohol abuse is hazardous for your health. The effects of alcohol on the body and mind can lead to dangerous situations.
  
  The consumption of illegal drugs or substances is prohibited in the building. It is harmful to your health, and you could put yourself or others at risk.
- We ask for a security fee equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.
  
  We will charge you a one-time fee of around 100 €/$ taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures.
