Minimum Stay

Minimum booking is 1 month. Shorter stays may be accepted upon request, depending on availability.

Deposit & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance is due upon check-in or before the first day of your stay.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, Momo, ZaloPay, or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before arrival.

No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability.
