The complex has a total capacity of 11 people and consists of 3 separate units:
Two-storey house
On the second floor: a private apartment with a bedroom, a walk-through living room with a sofa bed and one single bed, a large terrace with a view, a bathroom with toilet, mini-bar, and satellite TV.
Capacity: 5 people.
Ground floor unit
One private bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with toilet.
Capacity: 2 people.
Luxury bungalow
One bedroom, one sofa bed for two, bathroom and toilet.
Capacity: 4 people.
In addition, there is a shared kitchen equipped with a new stove, a large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishes, and an adjoining living room.
The property also features a large barbecue area with a covered shelter and seating for 20 people
We have a monastery on top of the hill, roman era excavations, walking paths and 5 km away is a fishing lake. We rent bikes for free. It is a village house with all comfort, but keep in mind it is rural Bulgaria. 3 km to motorway to Sofia which is half an hour away. Every hour a bus to Sofia at the bus station that is 3 km away. You can plant your own vegetables and come with your pets. Electricity is included and heating is on electricity.

Vladimir Village
The village is peaceful, with panoramic views and a pine forest. Dolna Dikanya Dam is located 3 km away. In the area, there are three more dams and eco trails.
Dolna Dikanya Dam (5 km away) allows fishing for pike, catfish, carp, and other species.
Bicycles are available upon request.
Events can be organized with catering and decoration.
