Our coliving space features five appointed bedrooms, each crafted to enhance your living experience. Choose from three distinct styles according to your privacy needs and budget:
A private room with an ensuite bathroom, offering maximum privacy and comfort.
A private room with a shared bathroom, perfect for those who desire privacy while being economical.
A bed in a double room with a shared, well-maintained bathroom, ideal for friends or solo colivers who don't mind sharing.

For those who need to focus, our coworking stations and two dedicated coworking/meeting rooms are equipped with fast internet connections, ensuring productivity is seamless and meetings run smoothly. The property is the first rural coliving in Puglia, and we aim to build its community alongside the initial guests! We firmly believe that the community plays a crucial role in our project, and we invite you to actively participate in shaping the space and contributing to the improvement of its spaces, services, and offerings. We want international digital nomads and remote workers to find their home in Southern Italy, to live as locals for some weeks, to explore Puglia and its gems, and to take care of the place and the people who live there.

This is a new coliving located in the heart of the amazing region of Puglia. Immerse yourself in the culture of Southern Italy, characterized by a slow life, high-quality local food, beaches, and much more. The coliving is hosted in a “Masseria”, a traditional farmhouse typical of Puglia, surrounded by wheat fields, olive trees, and dry stone walls. The house is located within the towns of Putignano, Sammichele di Bari, and Turi. Putignano is about 10 minutes away by car, and here you will find all the basic services you might need during your stay (supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, hospitals, bars and restaurants, etc.). If you arrive at Bari Airport, you can easily reach us by train: you will have to train from Bari Airport to Bari Central Station (about ‘30) and then take a train or bus to Putignano (about 1 hour). We will pick you up there.

Will I have privacy?There are different room options and pricing to meet your needs in terms of budget and privacy. If you need the most private option, we suggest choosing the room with an ensuite bathroom. All the other rooms include a shared bathroom (within maximum 2 people in total)

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?If you wish to choose a room for double occupancy, an extra 20 euros fee per day is applied

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
