Our coliving is the perfect option to combine work (High-speed 100+Mps Wifi, desk in each room, coworing space) and shared activities (dinners, weekend trips, community manager) in the beautiful setting of the countryside of Puglia, only 30minutes drive from the beach. Designed for comfort and tranquillity, our home caters to a diverse group of up to 12 residents, offering various living arrangements to suit your personal and professional preferences.
Our coliving space features 8 appointed bedrooms, each crafted to enhance your living experience. Choose from three distinct styles according to your privacy needs and budget:
A private room with an ensuite bathroom, offering maximum privacy and comfort.
A private room with a shared bathroom, perfect for those who desire privacy while being economical.
A bed in a double room with a shared, well-maintained bathroom, ideal for friends or solo colivers who don't mind sharing.
Engage and connect in our thoughtfully designed common spaces. The heart of our home includes a fully furnished kitchen and dining room, where you can cook, dine, and share stories over meals. Unwind or entertain in our spacious living room, equipped with a pool table, board games, and comfortable seating, making every day feel like a getaway.
For those who need to focus, our coworking stations and two dedicated coworking/meeting rooms are equipped with fast internet connections, ensuring productivity is seamless and meetings run smoothly. Whether you are catching up on work or initiating new projects, our spaces are designed to boost your creativity and efficiency.

About Puglia
Our coliving is located in the heart of the amazing region of Puglia. Immerse yourself in the culture of Southern Italy, characterized by a slow life, high-quality local food, beaches, and much more. The coliving is hosted in a “Masseria”, a traditional farmhouse typical of Puglia, surrounded by wheat fields, olive trees, and dry stone walls. The house is located within the towns of Putignano, Sammichele di Bari, and Turi. Putignano is about 10 minutes away by car, and here you will find all the basic services you might need during your stay (supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, hospitals, bars and restaurants, etc.). If you arrive at Bari Airport, you can easily reach us by train: you will have to train from Bari Airport to Bari Central Station (about ‘30) and then take a train or bus to Putignano (about 1 hour). We will pick you up there.
