The Edvard Building
The Edvard building boasts 50 modern studio apartments and two co-living apartments spread across five floors.
On the top floor, you’ll find a spacious common area available to all residents. This area is perfect for socializing, dining, or hosting community events, featuring comfortable couches, large dining tables, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Additional amenities include shared laundry facilities in the basement, extra storage space, and a courtyard with a grill area.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
