Our home is a place for transformational living, supporting inner growth and a sustainable, nature-connected lifestyle. Guided by permaculture ethics, we strive for harmony with the land, each other, and ourselves.

We are a small, off-grid eco-community located in the semi-arid hills of southern Spain. Life here is rooted in openness, compassion, and non-judgment. As a healing biotope, we aim to inspire people on their personal journeys toward wholeness and purpose. We are currently growing a food forest, building new eco-homes, and inviting residents and volunteers to co-create this space with us. There’s room to contribute, rest, and explore.

This is an ideal space for those seeking a longer stay—whether to reconnect with nature, explore spirituality, or experience communal, off-grid living. Residents (Karen & Michi and little Enki, and Nic & Bas) are happy to welcome you and offer support as you explore new ways of living and working. Your intention might be to spend more time in nature, begin to weave more spirituality into your life, or experience off-grid and community life to see if that's for you.

Community

''A Regenerative Community for Conscious Living''
We are creating a living, breathing community rooted in nature, connection, and regeneration. Nestled in the peaceful landscapes of southern Spain, the property is more than a place to stay—it’s a space to reconnect with yourself, the Earth, and a global movement of people reimagining how we live together.

''Who We Are''
Our community is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds—travelers, healers, creatives, remote workers, land stewards, and seekers—drawn together by a shared desire for conscious living. What unites us is a commitment to growth, both personal and collective, and a willingness to co-create a way of life that is respectful, open-hearted, and aligned with nature. You’ll find people here who value simplicity, authenticity, and shared experience. Some come for a season of reflection and reconnection; others stay longer to help shape the evolving vision of this land and community.

''The Kind of Community We’re Building''
Our Coliving space is an off-grid, regenerative sanctuary rooted in the principles of permaculture, non-violence, and deep ecology. We’re cultivating a “healing biotope”—a living system where people and the Earth thrive together.

Our community culture is shaped by shared meals, ceremonies, yoga & meditation, music, movement, creative expression, and hands-on projects that restore the land. Life here is slow, real, and relational. We strive to hold a space of trust, respect, and non-judgment, where everyone’s gifts are welcome and collaboration is the norm.

''Our Mission''
We are here to explore new ways of living—grounded, meaningful, and deeply connected. By regenerating the soil, restoring ecosystems, and nurturing community, we aim to model a future that is both sustainable and soulful. We’re building a vibrant, off-grid eco-community in southern Spain where you can live simply, connect deeply, and be part of something regenerative. Whether you're staying for a month or longer, we offer cozy, move-in-ready homes and a warm, open community committed to sustainability, healing, and celebration. Here, you can work remotely with strong Wi-Fi, enjoy communal meals, join in yoga or permaculture projects, and experience a slower, more connected rhythm of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Top Questions
  • We honour privacy and take care of our own needs. Living in a community has taught us that time alone is of essential value. Find privacy in your room, on one of the terraces, or enjoy nature; you probably won't meet anyone on your walk.
  • In general, yes, please inform us about your pet.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please note that additional charges do apply (for electricity and water).
  • Currently, we're using the space upstairs in our main house or the dining table, as we're mostly eating outside. We dedicated one room in the main house for calls and online offerings to guarantee silence and privacy.
Besides that, all bedrooms have a desk, except one, and we are continuously improving our spaces.
  • We are a small community of three adults and a child. Karen and Michi started this project with a vision for the community: regenerating the land, hosting retreats, and renting the space as a retreat venue. Teresa joined the community in January 2024.
We are passionate about new ways of living, permaculture, yoga, human design, astrology, coaching - really everything that supports a life in alignment with nature and our values.

We honour openness, honesty, compassion, freedom and fun. We believe that this place is meant to support a joyful and meaningful life, creating opportunities to grow, connect, learn, heal and share your gifts.

We love co-creating and spending time together: from ceremonies (cacao, breathwork, etc.), dances, workshops, yoga classes, cooking to beach days and camping trips.

We welcome volunteers (wwoof and workaway) to help us realise our vision and to share experiences of learning, growth and healing. As we're hosting retreats from February to May and September to December you might share the home with retreat participants for one to two weeks per month. We love the energy of a retreat!
  • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • Booking
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • We recommend the arrival and move-out times to make sure someone is there to welcome you or say goodbye, but please contact us if this is not possible for you.
  • If there's room available and we all agree on extending your stay, we're happy to co-live for longer!
  • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
  • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
  • Policies
  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area during the day; we'd ask you to inform us beforehand.
If a guest wants to stay overnight, we ask that you inform us beforehand.
If someone wants to visit longer, please be aware that we charge a flat rate for incidental costs.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions, and the house rules also apply to them.
  • As the property is also a home for a child, and we welcome volunteers with children, we're happy to welcome yours.
The room upstairs in the main house is designed and intended as a work space during the day.
Most of our facilities are baby-proofed and child-friendly.
  • In general, yes, please inform us.

  • Meals are not included. You can choose single meals, half-board, or full board. Please let us know if you're interested.
