From the first house until now it has been a journey full of little improvement to rethink the way people are living together. We are carefully paying attention to every detail from which houses we buy to how we redesign the interior to make them ready to welcome you home every day, everywhere.

The house contains 2 different 7 Private Bedroom Suites. Each room rents out between $1162 and $1440 per month.

  • Yes, for a period of about 7 days per month and as long as your housemates agree with it. Use your discretion; we like to be flexible, but guests cannot pose a disturbance to your other housemates. If they are cool with it, we are.
  • Unfortunately, not anymore. We tried to create a product and service adapted for single parents with kids, but the experience was not as expected.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties.
