Absolutely! Your studio is your own personal haven, no unexpected roommates, unless you count your plants. Housekeeping will pop by once a week to change your linen, towels, and top up your complimentary, organic shower amenities.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

In our new Westbourne Park building, we are delighted to welcome your four-legged (woof) companions, subject to availability. We do have a few guidelines to keep it comfortable for everyone:

One dog per Studio, up to 15kg (sorry, but no cats or other pets).
Dogs must be on a lead or in a carrier when in shared spaces.
No dogs are allowed in The Grounding wellness studio.
We have a ‘paws on the floor’ policy in Canal restaurant.
Dogs must never be left unattended in your studio.
Dog-related damage or mess may result in a cleaning fee of up to £250.
If you’re staying for less than three months, a one-time stay fee of £40 applies.
All pet guests must have up-to-date vaccinations (proof may be requested).
Pet parents must sign our Pet Waiver on arrival.

Absolutely! You can split the rent with your partner or a friend if you both share the space. Just keep in mind that we only process payments from one card. We're excited to welcome you both to our community!

You’ll be spoilt for choice in Westbourne Park with two guest lounges available for you to work or relax in. You can choose to enjoy a panoramic view of London from our 10th-floor lounge, or you can enjoy the calming flow of the Union Canal on the Ground floor.

You'll be sharing with a bunch of like-minded young professionals, typically between 25 and 35, think ambitious, friendly, and probably juggling a coffee in one hand and a laptop in the other. It’s a great mix of people who value their own space but also enjoy a chat over coffee (or wine) in the communal areas.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
