You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Some hosts have contracts that you need to sign before moving in in case you wish to commit to a long-term stay.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

As much as we love our furry friends, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

There are several tables and spaces meant for work inside and outside the property. For your calls, we transformed the chapel in a call room!

The price of private rooms is meant per room, while the shared options are per person.

We are proud to welcome an international crowd of travellers and remote workers. Community building is at the core of what we do, and we encourage all our colivers to come with an open mind and space for learning as well for sharing.

The Pop-Up Experience runs between specific dates (April 20th to May 18th). Therefore it is not possible to extend the stay. You are welcome to join us in our location in Javea before/after your stay.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the house. You can use the outdoor spaces.

In the past experience we tried different ways of dealing with our groceries, and found a formula that seems to work well. You can choose between buying your own food or participating in the “food together”. Since there are no supermarkets in the area, we recommend the second one. Why? It’s more convenient, more economical and more community-focused.

If you participate in the food together, you’ll have dinner with the other members on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Once a week, you’ll be in the cooking team and also on the cleaning the dishes team.

Like in the previous edition, we’ll choose and buy the food from the supermarket together. Every Monday and Friday, food is delivered to our home. From this shopping, you’ll be able to prepare your breakfast and lunch as you wish.

Also, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are days where spontaneous cooking happens, so cooking together it’s not scheduled in the weekly plan. In any case, you can still take food from the common shelf and prepare a delicious meal or go to a restaurant!

Yes, we have a common kitchen in the house.

Yes, there are different spaces where to work from.

No, we will have a cleaning service upon checkout. We ask you though to take care of the spaces as much as you can and to keep the communal areas clean during your stay.

Yes, there will be in-house host during your stay that will facilitate the experience.

Well, basically you would be sharing the same room with people like you for a period of time. For us this is also the true co-living experience where you can actually get to know people for real. In any case we will always try to look for the most suitable roommate according to your preferences 🙂

The usual stay is about two or three weeks but we have had people staying several months and we love it! On the other hand we have a minimum stay of seven days to assure a proper community feeling 🙂

Yes, of course. We want to take the most of the skills we find inside the house. For that reason, we host Masterminds and Skillshares every week.

Do you want to share any ability you have with the rest of the guests? Are you good at making money from blogs, creating effective email marketing campaigns, Facebook ads, Amazon seller, meditation, coaching, writing, etc. and you want to share your knowledge with the rest of us?

- Mastermind:
Do you have a personal or a professional challenge that you need to overcome but you are struggling to find the way? i.e. I don’t know how to market my product, I have a business idea but I don’t know what to do next, I hate my job but I don’t know what I’d like to do, travelling is tiring I need to find a solution, etc.
