Our space consists of a complex of four 2-story buildings previously used by the British Navy, located around a spacious courtyard. In the buildings, there are air-conditioned apartments and studios which are accessible via spacious arcades. The arcades invite you to stay, eat, work or have a nice evening. The exclusive inner yard is accessible via a 24-hour reception. It houses a large pool with sun deck, beach volleyball court, bar, and restaurant. The yard is surrounded by arcades where you will find our conference rooms, workplaces, and private offices as well as all amenities offered, such as a leisure team or IT-support.
Our modern apartments and studios are located directly on campus and are all equipped with a fully functional kitchen and WiFi. The terraces through which the apartments and studios are accessed invite you to linger in the shade or to have dinner in the evening. New friendships are sure to develop.

Enjoy the excellent food and drinks, make new friends, share fascinating stories or drink and eat together. Our lovely Bar & Restaurant is the perfect place to meet new friends from all over the world, have a drink together, sing together :-) or relax. The food served at the restaurant is mostly international cuisine. The menu offers a large variety of different food. You'll find everything from burgers, pasta, pizza to omelets, steak and fish and the food can be taken home. We are also very careful with your diet and allergies. Just make sure you let us know in advance of any special dietary needs you may have.
Welcome parties are hosted every week to introduce the newcomers. It's the perfect event to meet new people and make new friends. Theme nights like pizza night, sushi workshops, or traditional Maltese rabbit dinners take place every week. We are also organizing international nights, pong nights, and movie nights. The events change continuously, so there is always something new on the program. You will also find a pool table in the Lounge Bar.

We are located in Pembroke, a quiet residential area near the lively city of St. Julians.

Within 10 minutes walking distance to our place you will find further restaurants, bars, large supermarkets, a shopping center, large and small football pitches for rent, a judo club, tennis club, a university, bus stops, and of course the Mediterranean Sea and much more.

In St. Julians, which is also within walking distance of 15 minutes, you will find vibrant nightlife, a lot of restaurants and bars as well as one of the most romantic fishing harbors on the island of Malta.
