The house itself is a brand new development featuring a large stunning living room, 8 large en-suite bedrooms, 3 well-appointed kitchens with all appliances including a washer and dryer, Klevio keyless locks operable from your smartphone, concierge service, and all utility bills included in your monthly bill.
All bedrooms have queen-sized beds that offer storage space for your extra luggage. We also provide laundered sheets and duvets and pillows, and fluffy towels. There is a complimentary cleaning service every fortnight. Our built-in wardrobes are spacious and well designed. Each bedroom comes with a desk and chair. Our well-appointed kitchen has appliances like a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and washer and dryer.
Our concierge service is available to receive your mail and parcels. The large living room is perfectly furnished to relax over a cup of tea/coffee, and there is also a work desk for your convenience. The icing on the cake is that all utilities are covered in your one monthly bill.

A minute’s walk from Charlton train station, in Greenwich's historic borough, we have created a space, a community, a lifestyle. Trains from Charlton to London Bridge take 22 minutes, and there are also services to Cannon Street and Charing Cross. A trip to Canary Wharf, via Greenwich, takes half an hour. A couple of stops to Woolwich and one can pick up fast services to the City and West End and Heathrow airport.
