Welcome to the first Coliving & Coworking space on the French Riviera, a unique living solution designed for digital nomads, slowmads, location independents, and anyone working remotely.

Our Villa spans 350m² and offers everything you need to achieve the perfect work-life balance. We have carefully designed the villa to boost your productivity, while the cozy common spaces provide an opportunity to connect with like-minded people from our in-house community.

The spacious property consists of a big modern villa with six private rooms and one shared flat, providing a total of seven accommodation options for our residents. One of the highlights of the villa is the massive pool and natural garden area, which provide an excellent spot for residents to unwind after a hard day's work. With a mix of private, semi-private, and shared bathrooms, there is a range of options to suit everyone's needs, and our in-house community speaks English, allowing for seamless communication regardless of your language background.

We understand the critical importance of fast and reliable internet access, so we offer ultra-fast Wi-Fi and ergonomic workspaces to ensure that our residents can stay connected and productive.

To support keeping the communal spaces clean and ensure the hygiene of our guests, we have implemented a cleaning robot in the villa. Additionally, we offer a Jacuzzi, sauna, massage chair, and fitness area to maintain a healthy balance between work and leisure.

We offer a minimum stay of one month with like-minded people to foster a robust in-house community and an atmosphere of professional growth and digital collaboration.

Our villa is ideally located only 2 km away from the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea, right between Nice and Cannes, providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy the sights and sounds of this fantastic region. With public transportation links and easy access to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Italy, and more, you can easily explore and create unforgettable memories. Our property's location offers an endless choice of activities, such as water sports, hiking, skiing, golfing, and much more.

Generally, pets are not allowed in the Indoors common spaces to respect other guests and potential allergies. However, we have specific room types that feature a separate entrance and pets can be allowed. Please contact us for that.

yes definitely. In many rooms we allow double occupation for a small extra fee. Also in the shared rooms you can book just 2 beds and perhaps we can even make it a private room for you (based on availability).

We have ergonomic workspaces in all the rooms and a Coworking area in the Common Area. Additionally we provide ultra-fast Wifi7 Mesh with a Connection guarantee.

We do a check with every guest to ensure us and our community is the right fit for you. So you can be sure to stay with like-minded individuals.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Yes, we take cleanliness seriously! Our team provides basic room cleaning at least three times a month, and we often aim for a weekly cleaning to ensure you have fresh sheets and towels. We want you to feel comfortable and at home.

We're happy to offer laundry facilities for your convenience! We have a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for you to use, along with complimentary detergent. Feel free to take advantage of these amenities to keep your clothes fresh during your stay!

Yes, for us it's possible to host groups or retreats upon availability. Please contact us to find a solution.

We offer a total of 7 bedrooms for up to 15 guests maximum. However, based on our experience we are usually a group of 6-10 Nomads allowing to better bond with each other and creating a community feeling.

We are Nomads ourselves and use this Coliving as our Homebase. In times when we are travelling, we till have cleaning stuff checking the house and if you stay longer than 3 months with us, you can also apply to become a Community Manager.

The average length of stay is around 2 months, sometimes more.

Yes your belongings are safe. We did not have any case of stolen belongings. However, we do not take liability for your personal belongings. Also, we advise to keep very valuable items not in the common rooms while you are not at home.

Yes, your bedroom door can be locked.

The Property is fully gated and only our tenants and staff have access. Also the Entrance Door is automatically locking between 23h and 08h.

Our neighbourhood is very safe and it's no problem to go out at night. Around our Colivings there are mostly other Villas.

Yes, there are a couple of restaurants nearby. You can ask us for recommendations

There is a bus stop ("Ch. des Cabots") 1 min walking away.
Please download the "Envibus" and "Envibus Ticket" apps to see connections and buy tickets. You can validate a ticket in the bus by scanning the QR code.
A single ticket costs 1€, daily 3,50€ and weekly 10€. It takes you directly to Antibes (~15 mins) but also to the train station of Biot (~4 mins) from where you can directly reach Italy, Monaco, Eze, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse and many more.

There is also an on-demand bus that can be called a day before if you want to visit some of the very beautiful but more remote villages.

We also provide bikes. By bike you can reach within 5-10 mins big supermarkets, outlet stores of international brands, loads of restaurants but also the train station. Smaller local shops and restaurants are in walking distance.

Freenow, Bolt & Uber are available as well.

The Nearest Airport is Nice Côte d'Azur. It's around 13km away and it takes you 15-20 mins by Bolt or around 30-40mins by Public Transportation.

There is a huge amount of activities offered around our Coliving. Due to our location between the Sea but also nearby mountains, you can do all the water activities, like Stand-up paddling, snorkeling, diving, etc but also activities like hiking, skiing, rafting, kayaking, climbing, cycling and so many more!
