Yes. You'll have privacy in all of our private studios. The only exception is the Shared Studio, which has a roommate-style setup with shared living spaces.

All private studios have lockable doors and their own private bathroom, giving you a comfortable space to relax, work, and unwind.

We have 5 furry friends on the property and they always are happy to have more join them.

Yes, of course, you can split the rent with a friend also.

Step out into the garden, chill on the hammocks, use the dining area or just walk up to the terrace coworking area...... plenty of spaces to hang out even when you are working... and it's so silent... all you will hear is the birds and the wind rustling the leaves...

Only one of the rooms is a shared room.... rest are private!!... and even when you decide to live in the shared room, we are pretty sure you will get along with your fellow digital nomad

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

A valid passport, visa (for international guests), or Aadhaar card (for Indian residents)
Your mobile phone number

Yes, early check-in and late check-out may be possible, depending on availability. Please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes — you can request to extend or shorten your stay. Please let our team know as early as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Pricing depends on availability, and extra fees may apply.

Simply agree to our online Residents Terms—no paperwork required. For long-term stays, please note that some hosts may ask you to sign an additional contract before moving in.

We don’t accept co-signers. If you have limited credit history or income, we’re happy to explore alternatives such as a higher security deposit, sharing a lease with an approved roommate, or using an approved guarantor option. Pricing depends on availability. Extra fees may apply. Our team will review each application individually and guide you through the best next steps.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
