The villa was transformed into a dream coworking and coliving, where guests can expect to spend a cool, relaxed, and eventful time together. This coliving is all about welcoming remote workers into a community that creates memories and connections. In the villa, all guests live together in a shared paradise - not as an all-inclusive fun trip, but rather experiencing a nice and exciting time together. All guests are jointly responsible for cleanliness (they can decide to hire a professional) and everything should be relaxed and stress-free - like living together with newly met friends. In terms of activities, there’s plenty to do: you can play table tennis in the garden, or jump around on a trampoline in the garden while listening to your favorite music. In the surrounding area, you can also go hiking, surfing, horse riding, canyoning, paragliding… the list goes on. We welcome like-minded people from around the world.

We are in the middle of nature in a very local village. Santo Da Serra is a civil parish in the interior of the municipality of Machico, on the island of Madeira. The parish is adjacent to another parish in the neighboring municipality of Santa Cruz to the south, which is also named Santo António da Serra. The main economic activity of the parish has long been agriculture, benefiting from the fertile and green lands found throughout the parish.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Of course, everybody is welcome. An additional guest increases the price +50 %.

We have a large common room with 14 chairs and 2 large tables. The balcony and terrace are equipped with electricity. There is a good WiFi signal in the garden and each room has its own desk. There is also a separate workspace that can be used for important calls, etc.

You will be sharing the place with some wonderful and diverse individuals who come from different walks of life.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
